@MARK was founded in the year 2000 by three associates, at that time Consultants in Industrial Property and European Consultants in Trademarks, all with solid experience in this field.
They have worked in the sphere of Industrial and Intellectual Property for 15 years and can, therefore, answer all your questions and find solutions to your problems, since they have already encountered them and for the most part overcome them.

@MARK became a Solicitor’s office in 2006.
Today, the permanent team numbers 12 (7 of whom are jurists and two highly qualified “paralegal” assistants – one of whom has already managed the Trademarks administrative department of a Consultants office for ten years).
@MARK has, of course, resorted to the benefits of computing in order to communicate with its customers (e-mails), but also for the management of trademark, model, and domain name rights, since the @SOFT software it uses was specially designed and developed by a computer scientist for them.
Coming from three horizons and three different organizations, the @MARK associates have grouped their networks of foreign contacts to ensure the effectiveness of these relays in any foreign procedures.
